Educational Requirement
Hold a bachelor’s degree (in any discipline) from an accredited institution or possess an approved professional certification.
Membership
Maintain active membership with the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
Work Experience
Complete two years of relevant work experience in management accounting or financial management (can be done before or within seven years after passing the exam).
Exam Completion
Pass both Part 1 and Part 2 of the CMA USA exam.
